The Wait is Over

The Sex and the City movie was just absolutely incredible. I think I cried and laughed simultaneously throughout the whole thing. My face actually hurt by the time we got out of the theater. I won’t talk in specifics, because I don’t want to create any spoilers for anybody. But just wow. If you haven’t seen it yet, get your ass to the theater.

Being with the girls and seeing the movie inspired me to pull my manuscript out on my train ride home to noodle over the project some more, and my dedication is renewed and strong. I’m going to polish the draft I’m working on, and then send it to the girlies for some feedback and input.

Last week was just crazy in general. I got to interview Tommy Lee, Ludacris, Adrian Grenier and Tom Green on the red carpet at a work event, so that was pretty surreal.

So life is good. The man is super great, my friendships are amazing, and I have a lot of fun work ahead of me. I’m a happy girl.

I'm with you, I LOVED it. I can't remember crying so hard while still laughing, and I can't wait to see it again!

I've been debating whether I want to see the film or not. I loved the TV series but don't know if I'm "girly" enough to fork over the cash to see it in the theatre - especially since most girls I know have seen it, so I'll have no one to go with.

But then I'll be the only one alive who has not seen it. So much pressure!

And you got to spend a few hours with ME in Venice Beach! I hope I rank right up there with Tommy Lee!!
